America has some problems, but it is not America's fault. We have elected public servants that have become Dictators and no longer follow the Constitution, as a matter a fact, we no longer have a Constitutional government, we are now under a Dictatorship.

The IRS writes laws and rules and regulations, judges legislate from the bench, the President writes and implements laws, taxes are raised at will, and our civil liberties are violated everyday by many government agencies. We no longer have a Constitutional Government.

The Constitution clearly states that only Congress
can write laws and implement or change tax rules.
